Welcome to SMS Cool. By accessing or using our website, services, API, or applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

1. Use of Services

SMS Cool provides temporary phone numbers, rental numbers, temporary email services, and related verification solutions for online account registration and verification.

By using our services, you agree that you will not:

• Use the services for any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
• Violate any applicable local or international law.
• Attempt to abuse, exploit, or disrupt the SMS Cool platform.
• Use our services in a manner that harms other users or third parties.

Users are solely responsible for all activities performed using services purchased through SMS Cool.

SMS Cool reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found violating these Terms.

2. Privacy Policy

SMS Cool values your privacy and protects your personal information.

We may collect limited information including:

• Email address
• IP address
• Transaction history
• Account activity logs
• Device and browser information
• Security logs

This information is used solely for:

• Account security
• Fraud prevention
• Payment verification
• Customer support
• Service improvements
• Compliance with legal obligations

SMS Cool does not sell or rent personal information to third parties. Information will only be disclosed where required by law or to trusted payment and infrastructure providers necessary to deliver our services.

3. Temporary Number Policy

Temporary numbers are supplied through automated systems and third-party telecommunications providers.

A temporary number purchase is considered successful once an OTP or verification code has been received by our system.

Refund Eligibility

• If no OTP is received, the order may be manually cancelled within 10 minutes of purchase.
• Eligible cancelled orders will be refunded to the user's SMS Cool wallet balance.
• If an OTP is successfully received, the order is considered completed and is not eligible for a refund.

Important

Orders are not cancelled automatically.

If no OTP is received, you must manually cancel the order within 10 minutes. Failure to do so will result in the order being treated as completed, and no refund will be issued.

4. Rental Number Policy

Rental numbers are provided for fixed rental periods.

By purchasing a rental number, you acknowledge that:

• Rental begins immediately after purchase.
• Rental duration cannot be paused or extended.
• Rental purchases are non-refundable.
• Rental purchases cannot be cancelled after purchase.

Users are responsible for using rented numbers during the active rental period.

5. Temporary Email Policy

Temporary email services are intended for receiving verification emails and one-time verification codes.

Refunds may only be requested when:

• No verification message has been received; and
• The order is manually cancelled within 10 minutes where cancellation is available.

Once a verification email or OTP has been received, the order is considered successfully completed.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

• No OTP or verification message has been received.
• The user manually cancelled the order within 10 minutes of purchase.
• The order is eligible for cancellation.

Refunds are credited only to the user's SMS Cool wallet balance.

Refunds will not be provided if:

• An OTP has been received.
• The cancellation window has expired.
• The order has been successfully completed.
• Abuse of the refund system is detected.

SMS Cool reserves the right to deny refund requests involving fraud, abuse, or false claims.

7. Withdrawal Policy

Users may request withdrawal of their available wallet balance subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 5,000 PKR
• Withdrawal processing fee: 33%
• Withdrawals are processed only to the original payment wallet whenever possible.

Before making any deposit, users are encouraged to contact our support team to confirm service availability.

Deposits made without prior confirmation are made entirely at the user's own risk.

8. Payment Policy

Users are responsible for ensuring that payment instructions are followed correctly.

SMS Cool is not responsible for:

• Incorrect payment amounts
• Payments sent to the wrong wallet
• Incorrect blockchain network selection
• Payments made using unsupported cryptocurrencies

If a payment has not been credited, users should contact support as soon as possible with valid payment proof.

Deposits below the minimum required amount may not be recoverable.

9. API & Reseller Policy

SMS Cool provides API access for developers, businesses, and approved resellers.

API users agree that they will not:

• Send abusive or excessive requests.
• Use the API for spam or illegal activities.
• Circumvent platform limitations.
• Interfere with platform security.

SMS Cool reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate API access where unusual or abusive activity is detected.

Resellers remain fully responsible for the actions of their customers.

10. Verification Disclaimer

SMS Cool only provides virtual numbers and message receiving services.

We do not guarantee successful registration with any third-party platform.

SMS Cool is not responsible for failures resulting from:

• Platform restrictions
• Application errors
• Device issues
• Server outages
• Security verification
• Account bans
• Account suspensions
• Account logouts
• Two-factor authentication requirements

Our responsibility ends once the OTP or verification message has been successfully delivered to the purchased number or email.

11. Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Fraudulent activity
• Refund abuse
• Multiple suspicious accounts
• False payment claims
• Submission of fabricated evidence
• Harassment of support staff
• Violation of these Terms
• Any activity considered harmful to SMS Cool or its users

Suspended accounts are not eligible for refunds.

12. Service Availability

SMS Cool relies on automated systems and third-party providers.

Accordingly:

• Number availability may change without notice.
• Temporary service interruptions may occur.
• SMS delivery cannot be guaranteed for every platform.
• Certain countries or services may become unavailable at any time.

While we strive for uninterrupted service, continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.

13. Policy Changes

SMS Cool may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication.

Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.

Continued use of SMS Cool constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

14. Legal Compliance

Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

SMS Cool reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities where legally required.

15. User Conduct

Users must communicate respectfully with SMS Cool staff.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Threats
• Harassment
• Abusive language
• Offensive or discriminatory remarks
• False accusations
• Attempts to manipulate support staff

SMS Cool maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive behavior.

Serious violations may result in immediate and permanent account suspension.

16. False Information & Fraud

Users must not submit false, misleading, altered, or fabricated information, including:

• Fake payment proofs
• Edited screenshots
• False OTP claims
• Fake transaction IDs
• False refund requests
• Fabricated account information

SMS Cool maintains detailed system logs for verification purposes.

Where fraudulent activity is detected, SMS Cool may:

• Reject the support request
• Deny refunds
• Suspend the account
• Permanently terminate the account
• Suspend associated accounts

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMS Cool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

SMS Cool's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the affected service.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which SMS Cool operates.

Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable legal procedures of that jurisdiction.

19. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, depositing funds, purchasing any service, accessing the API, or otherwise using SMS Cool, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
• You agree to comply with all platform rules and policies.
• You accept the limitations and responsibilities described herein.
• You understand and accept the manual 10-minute cancellation policy for eligible temporary verification services.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you must not use SMS Cool services.
